About the Apps
The GPO Tracker apps display historical prices of the "Global Portfolio One" fund, visualize them in interactive charts, and offer moving averages (50/100/200 days) as well as CSV export. The apps support dark mode and light mode on macOS, iPhone, and iPad.
Important Note: These apps are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice. An internet connection is required to display price data.
Frequently Asked Questions
What data can I export?
You can export all historical price data as a CSV file. This data corresponds exactly to the prices displayed in the app and can be further processed in PortfolioPerformance or other tools.
How do I activate moving averages?
In the chart view, you will find options to show and hide the moving averages (SMA 50, SMA 100, SMA 200). These can be activated or deactivated individually.
Why don't I see current prices?
Please check your internet connection and try reloading the data. If the problem persists, contact us with the following information:
- App version and operating system version (macOS/iOS)
- Error message or screenshot
- Time of occurrence
Which system versions are supported?
macOS: macOS 12 (Monterey) or newer
iOS/iPadOS: iOS 15 or newer
Older versions may have limited support.
Can I use the app offline?
The last loaded data is stored locally and can be displayed offline. However, an internet connection is required for current prices.
New data isn't showing after an app update -- what can I do?
In rare cases, after an app update, the new data bundled with the app may not load automatically. Use the "Reset Data" feature in Settings.
You'll find this under Settings → Data Management → Reset Data. It clears all cached data and reloads the current default data bundled with the app version. Your personal settings (such as the number of shares you hold) will be preserved.
How do I integrate the data with PortfolioPerformance?
Export the price data as a CSV file and import it into PortfolioPerformance via the import function for historical prices.
