Parqet on the iPhone Duo: PulseFolio Uses the Whole Foldable Screen
You unfold your new iPhone Duo, open your portfolio, and the app just stretches its phone layout across the inner screen, with the crease running straight through your numbers. A screen that size should show more of your portfolio at once, not the same view, only wider.
PulseFolio 2026.10.23 is the first app on this site made for the iPhone Duo, Apple’s first foldable iPhone. Opened flat, it splits the inner screen into two phone-sized panes, one on each side of the fold, and keeps a clear margin on both sides of the crease, so nothing sits on it. Folded, PulseFolio looks exactly the way it does on any other iPhone.
Dashboard: performance on one side, holdings on the other
The Dashboard puts your performance and its controls on the left half, and your top holdings and recent activity on the right. You see how your Parqet portfolio is doing and what’s behind it, without scrolling back and forth.
Holdings: your positions next to the Allocation donut
On Holdings, your positions fill one pane and the Allocation donut the other. Scroll through the list and the allocation stays in view.
Performance Chart: return and drawdown side by side
The Performance Chart shows return and drawdown next to each other, each in a larger chart than on a regular iPhone. You can line up a rally with the dip that followed at a glance.
Half open, like a small laptop
Stand the iPhone Duo half open on the table, like a small laptop, and the Performance Chart takes the upper half. The period picker and the drawdown chart move to the lower half lying on the table, so you can switch periods without your hand covering the chart.
Signing in
Even the sign-in screen uses both halves when the phone is open: the PulseFolio icon and name on one side, the sign-in buttons on the other. On every iPhone, the sign-in screen now shows the real PulseFolio app icon.
Also in this update
The Drawdown chart now labels small declines clearly. A drawdown of -0.25 % used to read “-0 %” on every axis label; the labels now show one decimal. The curve also no longer rises above 0 %, which a drawdown by definition never does. How PulseFolio measures drawdown is explained in Parqet Gain After Fees and Taxes.
What about EquityLens, SpiderLens and AmundiLens?
PulseFolio is the first. The other iPhone apps will follow step by step: EquityLens, SpiderLens and AmundiLens, which show what’s inside VWCE, the SPDR MSCI ACWI IMI and the Amundi Prime All Country World ETF. Until then, they work on the iPhone Duo just as they do on any other iPhone.
How to get it
Update PulseFolio to 2026.10.23 from the App Store, unfold your iPhone Duo and open the Dashboard. There’s nothing to set up: PulseFolio switches to the two-pane layout as soon as you open the phone flat.
PulseFolio is available on the App Store for iPhone and Apple Watch.
FAQ
Does PulseFolio support the iPhone Duo?
Yes. Since version 2026.10.23, PulseFolio is made for the iPhone Duo. Opened flat, it splits the inner screen at the fold into two panes on the Dashboard, Holdings, the Performance Chart and the sign-in screen, and nothing sits on the crease.
Does PulseFolio look different when the iPhone Duo is folded?
No. Folded, on the outer screen, PulseFolio uses the same layout as on any other iPhone. The two-pane layouts only appear when you open the iPhone Duo flat.
What happens when I stand the iPhone Duo half open?
Like on a small laptop, the Performance Chart fills the upper half, and the period picker and the drawdown chart move to the lower half lying on the table.
Will EquityLens, SpiderLens and AmundiLens support the iPhone Duo?
Yes. PulseFolio is the first of the apps made for the iPhone Duo, and the other iPhone apps will follow step by step. Until then, they work on the iPhone Duo just as they do on any other iPhone.
