The headline of this update is the new Apple Watch app and complications. Add the figures you care about — the ETF’s daily change and your portfolio value — straight to your watch face, and check where things stand with a glance at your wrist. No phone, no unlocking, no app to open.

Widgets on the Home Screen, Lock Screen, and Mac

Prefer to glance at your phone or your desk instead? This release adds widgets too. Put the ETF’s daily change and your portfolio value on your iPhone Home Screen, on your Lock Screen, or on your Mac desktop. It is the same idea as the watch face — your investment, visible without opening anything.

Market Sentiment: Fear & Greed, VIX, and VVIX

New in this version is a Market Sentiment feature, built around three widely followed indicators: the CNN Fear & Greed Index, the VIX (the market’s volatility index), and the VVIX (the volatility-of-volatility index). You get a quick read at the top of your Holdings and History screens, and tapping any indicator opens a one-year chart, period comparisons, and the components behind the score.

See Every Drawdown with the Underwater Chart

How far below its all-time high is the ETF right now? The new underwater (drawdown) chart answers that at a glance, showing the depth and length of every dip. And across the app, you can now drag across any chart to read the exact value on any single day — handy for checking where you were at a specific moment.

iCloud Sync Across Your Devices

Because it is now one universal app, iCloud keeps your holdings and settings in sync across your iPhone, Apple Watch, and Mac. Set up your portfolio once and pick up right where you left off on any device. Syncing uses your private iCloud account — nothing is sent to our servers.

A More Capable Mac App

The Mac app has grown up. A new toolbar shows your portfolio value, the current price, and the daily trend at a glance, and keyboard shortcuts speed up everything you do. There are also VoiceOver accessibility improvements throughout the app, on every platform.

Now in Six Languages

Gerd Kommer Tracker is now fully localized in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese — every screen, chart label, and statistic appears in your language.

Updated ETF Data

Finally, the holdings data has been refreshed to reflect the latest index composition, so the country breakdowns, sector allocations, and individual stock weightings are all current.
